It’s the beginning of a new era for behavioral health!
Cabarrus County hosted a groundbreaking event for the Stephen M. Morris Behavioral Health Center on November 20th, 2024 to kick off construction!
The state-of-the-art 59,000-square-foot facility is scheduled to open in early 2026 and will offer a complete continuum of care.
The center includes:
- A behavioral health urgent care center
- A child and adolescent psychiatric residential treatment facility
- And a facility-based crisis program
Daylight Engineering provided Civil Design for this site and will be providing Construction Phase Services thought out the building construction process.
